Intro

What is Notion?

→ A software used for but not limited to the following:

  • Note taking
  • Knowledge & Data Management
  • Project & Task Management

→ Cross-platform accessible (Web, MacOS, iOS, Android)

→ Synchronizes across multiple device

→ Accessible online

→ Limited access offline

How to use this theme:

  1. Click the link sent to you. Note: If the link is not working, please contact me.
  2. On the top right corner, click Duplicate. ⚠️ Duplicate this template on laptop. Notion will synchronize data across multiple devices.
  3. Register using your Gmail, Apple or other email address.
  4. Customize your digital planner. Enjoy!! 

Home Page

  1. Open Tasks →All open tasks are accessible under the “Planner” page (see [4] Hub)
  2. Today’s Appointment
    1. Lists down all the appointments for the current date
    2. Note: Appointments are synchronized with the [7] Appointment Calendar Below
    3. You can also add a new appointment using the “+” icon.
  3. Links
    1. Customize links by editing the text OR
    2. Create an internal link (a page existing within your Notion account). Follow this guide: https://www.notion.so/help/create-links-and-backlinks OR
    3. Create an external link using this guide: https://www.alphr.com/how-to-add-link-notion/ OR
    4. Create a new page
  4. Hub → This is the main navigation. Do not delete any pages.  
  5. Reminders → Customize your daily reminders.
  6. Spotify Widget 
    1. This is a widget. 
    2. A third party provides the content and it needs to be embedded.
    3. Full songs can be played if you login on your Spotify account
    4. You can change the playlist to whatever playlist you want.
    5. To find out how to embed widgets, check out the “Resources” page under [4] Hub
  7. Appointment Calendar
    1. Categorize your appointments by [8] Legend
    2. Hover over the dates and click on the “+” sign to create a new entry.
    3. Templates are available and can be customized to synchronize with [8] Legend
  8. Legend[7] Appointment Calendar’s Category. Customize your appointments using these categories.

How to add appointments:

  1. Click the “+” icon that appears when you hover over any day. This creates a new event on that day.
  2. Use the templates provided

How to rename templates:

  1. Click the “+” icon that appears when you hover over any day. This creates a new event on that day.
  2. Hover over the template and click the ellipsis “…” icon.
  3. Click “Edit”
  4. Rename the template.
